Spa Etiquette

Spa Etiquette at Urban Radiance

Welcome

Whether you are experienced or receiving a treatment for the first time, here are some spa etiquette tips for your first visit with us!

Please arrive on time or early for your appointment.

Reservations

Weekends and holidays tend to book up quickly so we suggest that you schedule these appointments 2-3 weeks in advance. However, don’t hesitate to call for last-minute appointments, as we will do our best to accommodate you!

Cancellations

To avoid a cancellation fee of the full service price, cancellations and changes to your reservation should be made at least 24 hours to your spa visit. Multiple services or packages require 48 hours notice.

For your Safety

Please notify aesthetician during scheduling if you are using Retin-A, Accutane, antibiotics, Renova, alpha hydroxy creams or undergoing chemical peels and acne treatments. This is for your skin’s protection.

Cell Phones

Please turn off your cell phones and pagers. The Spa is an oasis of peace and quiet.

Gratuities

In appreciation of outstanding service, gratuities may be given at your discretion.
